1/2 cup plain, fat-free greek yogurt or kefir (I love kefir – it’s a like a mix between milk and yogurt)
1 cup blueberries
2 T psyllium husks – you can find this at Trader Joe’s or a health food store
1 serving vitamin c crystals – I also find these at Trader Joe’s or the health food store
Step by Step
- Chuck all ingredients into the blender.
- Blend to desired consistency, adding water as needed.
- Consume immediately and chase with a glass of water to help the psyllium husks bloom.
