Super Duper Smoothie


1/2 cup plain, fat-free greek yogurt or kefir (I love kefir – it’s a like a mix between milk and yogurt)
1 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
2 T psyllium husks – you can find this at Trader Joe’s or a health food store
1 serving vitamin c crystals – I also find these at Trader Joe’s or the health food store

Step by Step

  1. Chuck all ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend to desired consistency, adding water as needed.
  3. Consume immediately and chase with a glass of water to help the psyllium husks bloom.
